becoming an employee of a mortgage company, you are authorized
to act as a loan originator under their state licenses. This allows
you access to our state-of-the-art Web-based loan origination system, a
wide array of product choices, proven training and first class
support. You will be responsible for taking customer applications,
counseling applicants about available loan products, assisting the
customer through the process, delivering disclosures to borrowers and
delivering completed applications to the processing center. The
processing center will order third party services, perform
verifications, obtain payoffs and title services, underwrites and
closes the loan. In some states you will have to complete additional registrations and your office may be required to be licensed as a branch of the mortgage company.
